Nicola is holding 8 Studio Events at the National Trust Godolphin House near Helston during 2012 (see 2012 Exhibitions page for dates).
She is an established painter who has lived and worked in Cornwall for most of her life. Seen as a leading exponent of the watercolour medium, she has had her work described by Chris Beetles as "fresh, accomplished and original".
Nicola recently held the position of Chair of the St. Ives Society of Artists for over 5 years. During that time she introduced an innovotive and engaging series of exhibitions. She was a Member of the South West Academy of Fine and Applied Art from 2006 to 2010.
She works closely with the National Trust at Godolphin House near Helston within their education and arts activities programme and is a popular tutor and demonstrator for art societies in the southwest of England.
